Piotr Zinkiewicz

Piotr Zinkiewicz is a dynamic leader with over two decades of experience in strategic and operational project management, as well as corporate governance, serving as both a board member and interim manager. He possesses extensive expertise in spearheading programmes and projects in strategic domains, orchestrating teams within complex organisational structures, streamlining workflow structures, and facilitating effective communication across diverse stakeholder groups.
Piotr’s professional trajectory has primarily encompassed telecommunications, banking, and pharmaceutical sectors, where he has been instrumental in executing numerous strategic initiatives related to corporate development, market introduction of novel services, and post-merger/acquisition process and cultural integration projects.
In his capacity as Managing Director at Honeywell SPP, Piotr led corporate restructuring. As Programme Manager, he oversaw the rollout of SAP S/4 Hana and implemented digital transformation of one of Poland’s biggest pharmaceutical manufacturers.
Subsequently, Piotr became the Partner at Telos Partners and Fluent, where he led a portfolio of strategic projects, primarily within the energy, industrial, insurance, and pharmaceutical sectors.
Piotr is a graduate of the Faculty of Finance and Banking at the Warsaw School of Economics, as well as Minnesota University’s Executive MBA program (EMBA) and postgraduate studies at De Montfort University (MSc). He also holds a number of project management certifications (IPMA B, Prince Practitioner) as well as a PROSCI change management certificate.

Grzegorz Mędza

Grzegorz Mędza is a seasoned leader, financial advisor, and mentor with three decades of extensive business acumen.
Throughout his career, Grzegorz Mędza has held numerous positions. He served as Vice President and Partner at Access, a subsidiary of N.M. Rothschild & Sons Group, before becoming the President and Partner at Pekao Access (Unicredit Group). In these capacities, he specialised in financial advisory services in M&A and capital raising projects. His public sector experience includes a tenure as Deputy Minister of Infrastructure, where he oversaw infrastructure financing and railway restructuring.
Grzegorz’s executive management portfolio spans over two decades, encompassing roles such as President or Board Member. Notably, he held the position of President at PKP Intercity and served on the Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange-listed company, Benefit Systems. His corporate governance experience extends to non-executive directorships on numerous supervisory boards, including Próchnik, Swarzędzkie Fabryki Mebli, Bumar Waryński, PWN, Bombardier ZWUT, and Bank BGK.
In the subsequent phase of his professional journey, Grzegorz assumed the role of Partner at Telos Partners and Fluent Partners, where he focused on strategic consultancy, mentoring, and both individual and group coaching.
Grzegorz Mędza is an alumnus of the Warsaw School of Economics, where he graduated from the Foreign Trade faculty. His academic pursuits began even before graduation, when he secured a position as a teaching assistant in the university’s Economics Department. In 1991, he obtained his securities broker license. Since 2006, he has been an ICC-certified coach. His educational credentials are further enhanced by his completion of the High Performance Leadership Training programme at IMD Lausanne.

Tomasz Pasiewicz

Tomasz Pasiewicz has over a 25 years of expertise in M&A advisory and raising of both equity and debt capital. His transactional experience spans virtually every sector of the economy, including banking and financial intermediation, industrial manufacturing, consumer goods production, information technology, telecommunications, energy, and healthcare.
Prior to his collaboration with Telose, Tomasz held the position of partner at KPMG, where he led the M&A team. During this tenure, he orchestrated high-profile corporate divestiture projects, including those of Grupy Nowy Szpital, Stangl Technik, ORE/Marketplanet, and Gas Storage Poland.
In an earlier phase of his career, Tomasz co-founded Saski Partners, a boutique corporate finance advisory firm. There, he led company sale projects for both Polish entrepreneurs and multinational corporations, with notable transactions including home.pl, Agnella, Apteki Niezapominajka, and Wonga Polska.
Tomasz embarked on his professional journey at the British investment bank Schroders, subsequently transitioning to Citigroup, where he ultimately ascended to the role of head of investment banking in Poland. During this period, he was instrumental in advisory teams overseeing the privatisation of Poland’s largest enterprises and in securing sovereign debt for the Polish Government in international capital markets.
His corporate governance experience extends to non-executive directorships on various supervisory boards, including Alumetal, Grupa Nowy Szpital, and S4E.
Tomasz is an alumnus of the University of Łódź, where he graduated from the Faculty of Banking and Finance.

Michał Prądzyński

Michał Prądzyński operates as an interim manager and consultant, boasting over three decades of professional experience in operational management and consulting. He is one of Poland’s most seasoned interim managers, having executed his inaugural mission in 2007.
Michał’s expertise is concentrated in three primary domains: (i) developing and implementing Value Creation Programmes that combine cost efficiency with revenue growth, resulting in EBITDA growth; (ii) leading turnaround initiatives centred on cost reduction (Back-To-Black programmes); and (iii) transforming organisations to support strategies or business models, with a particular focus on Post-Merger Integration.
His extensive portfolio spans through various service sectors, both B2B and B2C: Information Technology, Telecommunications, Healthcare, Professional Services, Travel and Tourism, Banking, and Insurance.
For over a decade, Michał was affiliated with leading international consultancy firms (McKinsey & Company, Arthur D. Little, Capgemini). His line management roles have included positions such as Managing Director for Cost Effectiveness at Credit Agricole Bank, PMI Director at Sapiens Software, Vice President for Strategy and Development at Centrum Medyczne Omega, and Managing Director for Operations at Polskie Koleje Linowe, among others.
Michał holds a Master’s degree in Logic from the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw, and a Master of Business Administration from Collège des Ingénieurs in Paris. He is a PROSCI Certified Change Practitioner.
